What happens when you're on a remote set and you don't have internet access?

Most often, paper documents are created and many of them are scanned later in the process for distribution or retention.

With VisualVault, even when you don't have internet access, you can initiate many of the processes made possible by the platform. Specifically, you can input data into a version of our iForms called FieldForms. The data is captured in the field and then when connectivity is restored, that data auto-uploads into the system and automatically kicks off all pre-defined workflow processes.

With analytics dashboards, is everyone looking at the same data?

In most cases, no. Our analytics function and resulting dashboards are extremely easy to customize so you can see the data and trends that are most relevant to your job function. And permissions can easily be established to allow for or restrict access to data on a user by user basis.

Do ECM systems integrate with existing software systems?

Speaking generally, yes. However, many ECM systems were not architected in a way that allows for simple integrations and multi-system collaboration.
